i liked the hotel location, it was near a u bahn station and Potsdamer Platz. the hotel was super clean and decorated, i noted the fairy tale theme. there is a outdoor restaurant, i had a drink but the food looked good. i got the balcony room i asked and it was nice. the beds felt comfy!
the room has no water or instant coffee, or tea. that a bummer.

the breakfast included good quality coffee. i found the food satisfactory. a sitting area near the lobby offered a place to enjoy a cocktail. the entire hotel seemed clean to me. it is very close to the metro gate.
the gym facilities were a little small.

I stayed in a double room. it felt surprisingly spacious. the hotel design was really fantastic. i loved that the staff were so friendly. the restaurant was super nice, and the food tasted great.
my laundry bag disappeared. it had dirty clothes in it, which really bothered me. the hotel said they don't offer laundry service. no one offered compensation. i felt so disappointed!
